Using car tag frames as the base, I wrap beads, buttons, bottle caps, & cool stuff around and when you frame out your car tag, it looks so very cool. Mine has been on my Honda for years and the wire turned dark, but the beads, etc. still look great!!! My Element is the best dressed car in the school parking lot!
